Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM-4:30 PM or 8:30 AM-5:00 PM

Flexibility Required: Occasional evenings, weekends, and on-call availability

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Property Manager to oversee the operations of premier commercial office buildings in the Uptown Dallas markets. These properties serve a portfolio of high-profile corporate tenants, including Fortune 500 companies. This role is ideal for a strategic leader who thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment and is passionate about delivering operational excellence and superior tenant experiences.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
  • 3-5 years of experience in commercial property management, Class A Prestigious Office Campuses serving global enterprises.
  • RPA or CPM designation preferred or in progress
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Valid driver's license for travel between properties

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary on-site representative, managing all aspects of property operations
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with leasing, engineering, accounting, and legal teams
  • Maintain strong tenant relationships and ensure timely resolution of inquiries and service requests
  • Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and expense management
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements
  • Manage vendor contracts, capital improvements, and property aesthetics
  • Conduct regular property inspections and implement proactive maintenance strategies
  • Support lease administration, rent collections, and annual reconciliations (CAM, RET, insurance)
