Job Description

We are partnering with a leading engineering services provider to hire a Lead Engineer with expertise in HVAC and plumbing. This role is ideal for someone who thrives working independently, brings deep technical knowledge, and is truly passionate about their work.

Location: Reno, NV

Pay: $83k-$108k/annually

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support mechanical engineering projects focused on HVAC and plumbing systems.
  • Oversee project design, development, and implementation while ensuring compliance with codes and standards.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members as needed.
  • Work independently and effectively, with leadership support based remotely.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 10+ years of experience in mechanical engineering with a strong background in HVAC and plumbing.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for engineering excellence.
  • Prior experience with large-scale HVAC, plumbing, or mechanical construction projects highly preferred.
