Position Overview:

Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a dedicated Patient Service Representative to join their client's team. This part-time position is perfect for someone who is passionate about providing excellent patient care and has a keen eye for detail. The role will involve interacting with patients, scheduling appointments, and managing patient records to ensure a seamless healthcare experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting patients and assisting them with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Scheduling and confirming patient appointments and follow-ups.
• Maintaining accurate patient records and updating information as needed.
• Handling patient inquiries and directing them to the appropriate resources.
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Processing insurance information and verifying patient coverage.
• Providing exceptional customer service to enhance the patient experience.
• Managing daily administrative tasks to support clinic operations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
• Must be willing to drive between Santa Ana, CA and San Diego, CA locations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using healthcare management software and tools.

Required Work Hours:

Part-time position 3:00PM thru 7:00PM working Monday through Friday.
