Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join their client's dynamic team in Texas. This temp-to-hire position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a high-performing organization recognized for excellence in its field. The ideal candidate will support administrative operations, assist with onboarding processes, and maintain accurate personnel records, while also serving as a backup receptionist.

Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assist with employee onboarding, including preparing documentation and coordinating orientation materials.
  • Maintain and organize personnel files in compliance with company policies and confidentiality standards.
  • Handle filing and document management for HR and administrative departments.
  • Serve as backup receptionist, greeting visitors, answering phones, and directing inquiries professionally.
  • Support general office operations, including scheduling, supply management, and internal communications.
  • Collaborate with HR and management to ensure smooth administrative workflows.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Additional Details

Salary: $18 - $21 per hour
