They are looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Admin to be the first line of communication for our customers and provide high-quality customer service. If so, please read on!This can either be an in office position or Hybrid once training has been completed.  This is a DIRECT HIRE POSITION!  BI LINGUAL IS A PLUS!!!!!!!!!The Customer Experience Representative’s primary responsibly is to ensure resident satisfaction by responding to resident inquiries in an efficient, timely and well-communicated manner.â€Â·Serve as the daily point of contact for a group of residents as it relates to minor, and sometimes more complex, account issues·Promptly research and respond to all inquirers from residents, via email and phone.·Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills·Property Management experience (manager, asst. manager, leasing agent, etc.) or utility experience a plus·Strong computer skills, including Excel·Empathy·Conflict Resolution·1 year related experience·Bilingual a plusWe value integrity, honor, and team player dynamics.
