Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer - Municipal Infrastructure
Pay Range: $130,000-$180,000/year
Location: Central Valley, CA

We are partnering with a respected engineering firm to find a Senior Civil Engineer with strong experience in water, sewer, and stormwater infrastructure projects. This role involves working closely with public agencies and private developers, leading feasibility studies, infrastructure planning, and design projects. The ideal candidate will bring excellent communication skills, project management experience, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead feasibility studies, infrastructure assessments, and master planning
• Design water and sewer systems and manage public works construction contracts
• Coordinate with agencies and assist with project funding applications
• Support community engagement and urban water planning efforts

Qualifications:

• Active CA PE license (or licensed in another state with willingness to obtain CA license within 6 months)
• 10+ years of experience in municipal infrastructure engineering
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with grant writing and rural community projects is a plus
• Occasional field work and travel may be required
