Customer Support Specialist - Merchant Services
Location: Kingston, MA
Department: Merchant Services
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (On-site only)
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour (Contract-to-Perm)
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be a key part of our Merchant Services team, helping new and existing clients manage and optimize their credit card processing systems. You'll work closely with clients ranging from retail shops to tech companies, providing direct support from setup to troubleshooting.
