Daily monitoring of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify delivery status.
Communicate essential information to customers, including estimated arrival times and shipping methods.
Compile reports and contribute to the upkeep of internal shipping schedules.
Manage the main switchboard, efficiently transferring calls to the appropriate contacts.
Assist in the creation and dispatch of hardware quotes.
Uphold the professional appearance of the office and ensure its operational readiness.
Serve as a backup for data entry in the Accounting department when required.
Contribute to pre-site and mall calls for Deployment, based on business availability.
Offer support to HR in office preparation, depending on business demands.
Consistently maintain regular and predictable attendance as a crucial aspect of the position.
1 to 2 years experience in B2B sales support/admin/or customer service experience is preferred, open to candidates with strong retail/restaurant experience as well!
Superior ability to multi-task, prioritize multiple projects, adjust to changing workflow and workload accordingly.
Ability to take initiative, be self-motivated and an independent, accountable, dependable performer.
High attention to detail and can manage competing priorities and deadlines.
Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to express ideas and information (both in written and oral form) clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to the audience.
Ability to be accountable for quality customer service and respond appropriately to a variety of personalities and situations.
