Position Overview:

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced File Clerk for a temp-to-hire opportunity in the Medical Center Area of San Antonio, Texas. This role offers a dynamic work environment where attention to detail and organizational skills are paramount. The position combines file room and copy center duties, ensuring the precise management of both digital and physical documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming mail and documents from USPS, FedEx, and UPS, ensuring accurate logging and organization.
  • Digitize and catalog incoming materials for easy access and retrieval.
  • Maintain daily login reports, adhering to documentation procedures.
  • Identify and differentiate between medical and legal records, ensuring proper handling.
  • Troubleshoot file access issues and support staff requests efficiently.
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of data at all times.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Typing speed of 50 words per minute.
  • Experience in file room, copy center, or mailroom is preferred.

Work Hours:

The position requires working from Monday to Friday during the first shift.
