Title: Content Marketing Project Manager

Location: New York, NY (On-site)

Duration: Temporary- 6 months

Compensation: $72-$82/hr.

Summary:

We're seeking a highly organized and strategic Marketing Project & Content Manager to support a dynamic U.S. Wealth Marketing team. This role will drive content planning, project coordination, and campaign execution across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate content development and workflow across marketing, creative, and external partners.
  • Manage timelines and deliverables for digital campaigns, email, podcasts, and other advisor-focused content.
  • Support agency collaboration and ensure timely execution of creative assets.
  • Oversee implementation of paid media plans and track deliverables.
  • Partner with analytics teams to evaluate content performance and optimize future strategies.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand standards, marketing objectives, and KPIs.
  • Bring a working knowledge of the U.S. wealth management space and an understanding of advisor and client needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in marketing project management or content strategy, ideally within financial services or a creative agency.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Passion for simplifying complex investment topics into clear, engaging content.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with shifting priorities.
