Marketing Assistant Coordinator

A growing organization in the healthcare and technology space is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant Coordinator to support its marketing operations. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for event planning, marketing technology, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate logistics for marketing events and trade shows, including scheduling, vendor management, and on-site support.

Support marketing campaigns using Marketo and CVent platforms.

Create and update professional presentations using PowerPoint.

Manage budgets, invoices, and performance reporting using Excel (pivot tables, formulas).

Provide administrative support and assist with cross-functional project coordination.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in Marketo and CVent platforms.

Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience in event planning and project coordination.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

MPI experience is a plus.
