Account Manager/Sales Coordinator
This is a key support role for the Sales team, providing administrative assistance and helping ensure smooth operations. This role involves a combination of clerical tasks, customer service, and project support, while maintaining a professional and positive demeanor in all interactions.
Primary Responsibilities:
Create and update documents using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Support the completion of projects in collaboration with Sales team members.
Answer phone calls and emails, addressing customer inquiries as needed.
Schedule and coordinate sample or fixture orders for customer events.
Prepare new item documentation, including specifications, images, and pricing.
Collaborate with order entry to ensure accuracy of incoming orders and resolve pricing discrepancies.
Notify customers of discontinued items, suggest alternatives, and address stock issues.
Assist customers with tracking orders and coordinate with shipping for special requests or rush orders.
Work with Brand Managers and Sales to select items for displays and complete P&L reporting.
Manage product rollouts, forecast new items, and monitor inventory.
Coordinate with Accounting to issue credits for returned items.

Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (fully onsite)
