Customer Service/Sales Account Specialist in Irvine, CA. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional with a passion for sales support and customer service. EDI order processing experience required. You will collaborate closely with our sales team to manage critical operational tasks and support key customers within the enterprise and B2B channel.

Responsibilities:
Maintain shipping and routing compliance for enterprise accounts.
Operational tasks, including order processing, customer communication, and ensuring smooth interactions with key distributors.
Foster daily communication with warehouse teams to ensure seamless routing and shipping execution.
Liaise with sales representatives, buyers, and assistants regarding extensions and shipping updates.
Efficiently manage purchase orders from initial bulk allocation through invoicing.
Ensure punctual sending and receiving of all EDI transactions - cancel dates, routing deadlines and shipment methods.
Analyze production schedules, inventory data, and forecasting to predict unit needs accurately.
Allocate and manage Basic Replenishment based on models and stock balancing to maintain optimal distributor in-stock positions.
Manage day-to-day operations, overseeing order entry through invoicing.
Contribute to sales analysis/forecasting and help identify growth opportunities within the enterprise channel
Required Skills and Experience:
Preferred Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
2-3 years of customer service and EDI order processing experience.
Highly proficient in MS Excel to manipulate and analyze data effectively.
Prior experience with Full Circle (e.g., Oracle, SAP) preferred.
Background in a consumer products-based business is advantageous.
Familiarity with enterprise channel operations and B2B sales is advantageous.
Experience working with distributors such as TD Synnex and Ingram Micro is a plus.
