Service & Spare Parts Manager Description

The Service & Spare Parts Manager will oversee customer support and aftermarket sales for capital equipment. This role requires a technically inclined professional with strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, eager to learn the equipment, and capable of implementing strategies to grow service and spare parts revenue.

Service & Spare Parts Manage Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for service inquiries and spare parts orders.
  • Learn and understand the company's equipment to provide accurate troubleshooting support (training provided).
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase service and spare parts sales.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective customer support.
  • Manage inventory and vendor relationships related to spare parts.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Service & Spare Parts Manage Requirement

  • Experience in a Service & Spare Parts Manager role or similar position within the capital equipment industry.
  • Technical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment functionality.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in service operations, inventory management, or aftermarket sales is a plus.
