Job Title: Administrative Support Assistant

Location: Eugene, OR 97401

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (37.5 hours)

Pay Rate: $20/hour

Employment Type: Contract 3 Months

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Support Assistant to join our team on a temporary basis. This role will provide essential support to staff by updating administrative and operational documents, assisting with special projects related to sales and renewals, and managing client files and meeting materials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Update and maintain administrative and operational documents
  • Assist with special projects to support the sales and renewal process
  • Enter renewal and new business materials into client files
  • Scan and fax renewal and new business documents
  • Prepare packets for meetings
  • Edit Excel files and upload them into the quoting system

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Proficiency in using office equipment (computer, fax, printer, scanner)
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain effective working relationships
  • Clear and constructive communication skills, both oral and written
  • High attention to detail with flexibility to handle multiple urgent requests
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

Education

  • High School Diploma or GED required

Experience

  • Minimum of one (1) year of clerical/administrative experience in an office setting
