Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, technical knowledge of fireplace materials, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct on-site evaluations to assess fireplace requirements for residential and commercial properties.
* Provide detailed and transparent estimates, clearly explaining the benefits of our fireplace products and services.
* Collaborate with clients to understand their energy efficiency goals and customize fireplace solutions accordingly.
* Generate leads through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach to expand the customer base.
* Stay informed about industry trends, emerging fireplace technologies, and competitor offerings.
* Work closely with the installation team to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction throughout the process.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-up activities.

Role Requirements:
* Experience in sales, preferably in the fireplace or construction industry.
* Strong technical knowledge of insulation materials, techniques, and energy efficiency principles.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to conduct thorough on-site assessments and accurately estimate fireplace requirements.
* Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Salary Rate: $50,000 - $80,000 base salary depending on experience with commissions
