Position: Service Coordinator

Location: 100% Onsite - Lino Lakes, MN

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Pay Range: $20-$25/hour

Type: Temp-to-Hire


About the Role

Are you a natural problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a Service Coordinator to be the vital link between our customers and our skilled technicians. In this role, you'll ensure service requests are handled efficiently, customers are kept in the loop, and our technicians have everything they need to get the job done right.


What You'll Do

  • Coordinate and dispatch the right technician for each job, ensuring they're equipped with the correct tools, parts, and documentation.
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with customers and technicians to keep service calls on track and ensure satisfaction.
  • Schedule and manage Planned Maintenance appointments with customers.
  • Accurately document job details in our service software, including billing, reports, and logs.
  • Track and maintain service records, vehicle maintenance logs, and departmental data.
  • Partner with the Service Manager to flag unusual issues or support needs.
  • Review repair quotes for clarity before dispatching technicians-confirming scope, timing, and equipment.
  • Monitor technician progress and ensure timely job completion and invoicing.
  • Jump in on additional tasks as needed to support the team.

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in service coordination or service management.
  • Familiarity with platforms like Salesforce or Service Titan.
  • A mechanical or technical background is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills-you're comfortable talking with both customers and internal teams.
  • Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
  • A basic understanding of accounting processes.
  • A collaborative mindset-you're a team player who can also work independently.
  • Willingness to work overtime when needed.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
