Position Overview
Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced Sr. Benefits Specialist for an exciting opportunity located on the borderline of Fountain Valley and Santa Ana, California. This hybrid role offers a dynamic work environment with the opportunity to work in the office two days a week and from home for three days. The work hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day administration and long-term planning of all benefits and retirement programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-and long-term disability, 401(k) plan, and leave of absence administration.
- Work closely with brokers and Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) to design, implement, and oversee self-funded health plans.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and drive cost-effective plan management.
- Serve as a key resource for employees on benefit-related inquiries, providing excellent customer service and communication.
- Effectively present information in one-on-one, small, and large group situations to internal and external customers.
- Utilize excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiently work with HRIS and benefits administrative systems, with ADP Vantage preferred.
- Maintain excellent analytical and organizational skills, along with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in benefits management, with a stable work history.
- Self-funding experience and designing and developing benefit plans.
- Experience working with brokers and TPAs.
- Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) certification is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is highly preferred.

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Additional Details
The position offers a competitive salary with a fixed annual pay of $125,000.
