About the Role:

We're seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to support our DTC digital marketing and external training teams. This role involves lead disposition, survey analysis, event data management, and cross-functional collaboration. Candidates must be flexible, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support marketing and training teams with data analytics and reporting
  • Ensure marketing materials comply with FDA 21CFR Part 800 standards
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Analyze performance metrics and optimize marketing operations

Required Skills:

  • 2+ years in marketing ops, sales ops, finance, or analytics
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, Knak, Zapier, Showpad (or willingness to learn)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Location Requirement:

Candidates must be located in the Central Time Zone or able to work Central Time business hours.
