Construction Administrative Assistant
San Bernardino, CA Temporary $23.00 - $30.00/hr Onsite

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Construction Administrative Assistant to support project managers and office staff in daily operations within a construction environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders
  • Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital) for project records
  • Coordinate meetings, track deadlines, and manage calendars
  • Communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and invoices as needed
  • Support job site needs with material orders and delivery coordination

Qualifications:

  • Experience in construction or related industry preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Familiarity with construction documents and terminology a plus
  • Types 60 WPM
