Customer Service Representative

About the Role:

We're looking for a friendly and detail-oriented individual to join a small office team in a customer support role. You'll be the go-to person for handling orders, answering questions, and making sure customers have a smooth and positive experience from start to finish.

What You'll Do:

• Answer phone calls and emails with a helpful and professional attitude
• Enter and process customer orders accurately
• Provide updates on product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines
• Help resolve any issues with orders or deliveries
• Keep detailed notes and records in a customer tracking system
• Prepare and send out product samples
• Support the sales team with quotes and follow-ups
• Run reports and assist with special projects as needed

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Able to juggle multiple tasks and stay organized
• Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
• Experience with customer databases or CRM systems is a plus

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM

Starting at $21-22/hour
