Our staffing agency is excited to partner with a leading provider of digital printing and document management solutions organization in Philadelphia, PA, to hire a Warehouse Associate. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable and growing company known for its excellent work environment and commitment to quality. This individual will be responsible for receiving, organizing, packaging, and distributing printed materials, equipment, and document storage items.
Location: Philadelphia, PA 100% in-office
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4pm or Monday-Friday 4pm-12:30am
Pay: $20-$23/hourly
Key Responsibilities:
* Receive incoming shipments, verify contents, and organize stock accordingly
* Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or shipping
* Organize and maintain inventory in a clean and orderly warehouse environment
* Load and unload deliveries using pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment
* Assist with document preparation and secure storage handling as needed
* Maintain accurate inventory records and follow proper documentation procedures
* Follow safety protocols and company guidelines at all times
* Collaborate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely project fulfillment
Qualifications:
* 1+ years of experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or shipping/receiving environment preferred
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and perform physically active work
* Comfortable using handheld scanners, basic computer systems, or inventory software
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Dependable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility
* High school diploma or equivalent required
