Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a dedicated and driven Inside Sales professional to join their client's dynamic team in Florida. Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive sales growth.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to meet their requirements.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
• Collaborate with team members to develop sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of products or services.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Proven experience in a sales role, preferably inside sales, is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
• Results-oriented with a strong desire to succeed and exceed sales targets.

Required Work Hours

Monday to Friday, first shift.

Additional Details

Max Pay: $65,000 per year

Min Pay: $60,000 per year
