Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 annually (based on experience)

About the Role:

Ultimate Staffing is partnering with a dynamic and fast-paced professional in Fort Lee, NJ, to find a proactive, highly organized Personal Assistant for a temp-to-hire opportunity in the construction industry. This is a full-time, in-office position supporting both professional and personal needs to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Make travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries
  • Draft emails, memos, and other communications
  • Act as a liaison with vendors, service providers, and other contacts
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and task completion

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative support role
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to shifting priorities
  • Discreet, trustworthy, and professional demeanor
