We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Project Coordinator to support our print marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for coordinating the logistics, timelines, and deliverables for print-based marketing campaigns and collateral. The ideal candidate has strong project management skills and a background in marketing operations-but this is not a content creation, graphic design, IT, or social media role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage timelines and workflows for print marketing projects from kickoff to final delivery.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, procurement, sales) and external vendors (printers, distributors) to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.

  • Track and monitor production schedules, approvals, proofs, and print quantities.

  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders and ensure alignment on specifications, materials, and delivery logistics.

  • Maintain organized records of project files, approvals, vendor quotes, and final materials.

  • Assist with managing inventory of printed materials and coordinate reorders as needed.

  • Support marketing leadership with reporting, documentation, and process improvement related to print project execution.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing project coordination, print production, or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of print processes, production timelines, and vendor coordination.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Effective communicator with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and project tracking tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Smartsheet).

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.

Preferred Traits:

  • Experience working with creative or marketing teams in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with print material types, finishing options, and mailing processes.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.

All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status. We consider all qualified applicants, including those with criminal histories, in a manner consistent with state and local laws, including the California Fair Chance Act, City of Los Angeles' Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, and Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance. For unincorporated Los Angeles county, to the extent our customers require a background check for certain positions, the Company faces a significant risk to its business operations and business reputation unless a review of criminal history is conducted for those specific job positions.
