Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and energetic sales candidate with 2+ years of experience to join our team as a Junior Sales Representative / Business Development Associate. This role plays a crucial part in the early stages of the sales process by generating interest.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound outreach (50-60 calls daily) to introduce businesses to the companies offerings.
  • Initiate contact with small to mid-sized organizations across targeted sectors, identifying decision-makers and uncovering opportunities.
  • Schedule qualified sales appointments (10+ per day) for senior account executives.
  • Gather relevant details such as company size and interest level to assess lead quality.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts and lead progress in CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with senior account managers, internal support teams, and external partners to ensure alignment.
  • Contribute to team success within a collaborative open-office setting.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development around leasing strategies, pricing models, and consultative sales techniques.

What We're Looking For:

  • A bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required.
  • 2-5 years of post-graduate work experience, ideally involving inside sales, business outreach, or call center activity.
  • Confidence in phone-based interactions, with the ability to establish quick rapport.
  • Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • A proactive, coachable mindset and comfort working toward activity-based goals.

Additional Info:

  • Pay range: $50,000-$60,000 DOE + commission (approx. $5,000-$10,000 annually)
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week
  • Location: 100% on-site
  • Type: Direct Hire
