Role Overview

As a Junior Account Manager, you'll be the first point of contact for potential clients. Your role is to introduce our programs, qualify leads, and schedule meetings for our senior team. This is a fast-paced, high-volume outreach role ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people and thrives in a goal-driven environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Make 50-60 outbound calls per day to business decision-makers.
  • Introduce our services and gather key information to qualify leads.
  • Schedule 10+ appointments daily for senior team members.
  • Track outreach and progress using internal systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
  • Support additional service offerings and client solutions.
  • Work on-site in a collaborative, open-office environment.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of post-college work experience in sales, customer outreach, or call center roles.
  • Strong communication skills and a confident phone presence.
  • Self-motivated, coachable, and comfortable with performance metrics.
  • Interest in automotive, leasing, or B2B services is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $50,000-$60,000 DOE
  • Commission: $2 per qualified contact + $2 per confirmed appointment
