Responsibilities:

Support the C-Suite by:

  • Calendar Management
  • Email Management
  • Vendor Management
  • Reception/Gatekeeping
  • Generate Reports
  • Ordering/Stocking Supplies
  • Taking meeting minutes
  • Coordinating meetings/lunches
  • Travel Coordination

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of admin experience
  • Msoft Office experience specifically Outlook and Excel
