Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Payroll Specialist for a reputable client in Atwater. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in payroll processing, attention to detail, and a passion for accuracy. Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage payroll using computerized systems (ADP/UKG preferred)
• Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance with regulations
• Perform financial computations and generate reports
• Collaborate with HR and accounting teams to resolve discrepancies
• Enter and verify data using 10-key and computer terminal
• Utilize Excel for payroll tracking and reporting

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• College coursework in accounting or business (preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of computerized payroll experience
• Familiarity with ADP or UKG systems (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of financial/statistical methods and terminology
• Proficient in Excel and data entry
• Highly organized and detail-oriented

Payroll Specialist
Location: Atwater, CA
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $28.50/hour
