Administrative Assistant Opportunities - $18-$20/hr

Ultimate Staffing is proud to partner with some of the Central Valley's top employers in search of experienced Administrative Assistants. We have multiple temporary and temp-to-hire opportunities available, offering competitive pay ranging from $18 to $20 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Schedule meetings and appointments
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, and forms
  • Assist with the preparation of regular reports
  • Maintain organized filing systems
  • Order and manage office supplies
  • Greet and assist visitors
  • Respond to inquiries and provide requested information
  • Conduct research and create presentations
  • Generate and format reports
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Prepare and track invoices
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Strong knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning capabilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
