We're working with a fantastic client seeking a full-time Intake Specialist to join their Personal Injury team in Dover or Manchester, NH. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys helping people.

Location: Dover of Manchester NH

Hours: 8-5 Monday - Friday

Direct Hire

Pay: $24-$25/hr

What You'll Do:

• Answer and manage a high volume of calls from potential clients
• Interview clients by phone or in person to gather case details
• Enter client information into the system accurately
• Help clients submit and collect documents
• Organize and file paperwork
• Maintain confidentiality and support the legal team as needed

What We're Looking For:

• 1-3 years of customer service or office experience
• Strong communication and phone skills
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Adobe
• Great attention to detail and organization
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
