Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join their client's team in Colorado. This position focuses on supporting various billing and compliance-related initiatives, emphasizing A/R collections and customer reporting reconciliation. The role requires a commitment to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards are maintained in all customer interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide the highest level of customer service to all customers and partners, offering solutions to any relevant issues.
  • Follow up with customers via phone and email on past due balances and other requests, proposing actions to resolve or escalate internally as appropriate.
  • Reconcile payable and receivable balances, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
  • Contribute to the month-end close process, preparing account reconciliations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to respond to and resolve customer inquiries.
  • Prepare accurate invoices, issue and post bills, receipts, and invoices.
  • Manage the status of accounts and balances, identifying issues and inconsistencies.
  • Research and investigate account discrepancies, following up on all issues until resolution.
  • Provide status updates to team and management as necessary.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

  • 1 - 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office, with advanced knowledge and usage of Excel.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred; Accounting or Business background is a plus.

Required Work Hours

Monday to Friday, 1st shift.
