Job Description

We are seeking a dependable Entry Level Machine Operator to join our clients 2nd shift team, training available! This role focuses on loading and unloading parts and operating a deburring machine to remove burrs and sharp edges from metal components. No prior experience is required, but manufacturing experience is a plus.

Location: Nashua, NH

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM

Pay Rate: $20.35/hr

Requirements: Background check, drug test, steel toe shoes required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Load and unload parts into the deburring machine.
  • Operate deburring equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Inspect parts for quality after deburring.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow all safety procedures and report unsafe conditions.
  • Assist with other production tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is helpful but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic are essential.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for the entire shift.
  • Frequent lifting, bending, and reaching.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
  • Manual dexterity to handle small parts and machinery.

Work Environment:

  • Manufacturing plant environment with moderate noise levels.
  • Exposure to metal particles and machinery.
  • Personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses and steel toe shoes, is required.
