Talent Acquisition Specialist (Temporary)
Location: Irvine, CA (On-site)
Pay Rate: $37-$51/hour (based on experience)

A leading consumer-focused lifestyle brand is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist for a temporary role to support corporate recruiting efforts. This position is ideal for a polished recruiter who understands how to identify and attract top talent across various departments within a brand-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective recruiting strategies

  • Source and engage qualified candidates for a range of corporate roles including brand, marketing, sales, operations, finance, accounting, product design, and graphics

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, from sourcing to offer

  • Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience

  • Maintain accurate and organized applicant tracking

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in corporate recruiting within the consumer goods or lifestyle industry

  • Deep understanding of the talent landscape across brand, marketing, and other key corporate functions

  • Strong sourcing and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-touch recruiting environment

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Background working with well-known consumer brands

  • Demonstrates tenure and consistency in past roles-this position is not suited for those with frequent job changes

  • Highly organized, adaptable, and results-driven
