• ?? Process tissue samples with precision and care-your work supports life-changing outcomes.
• ?? Operate specialized lab equipment like tissue cutters, ovens, and gauges.
• ?? Follow SOPs and document everything with accuracy and attention to detail.
• ?? Manage lab inventory-keep our tools, tissue, and solutions organized and ready.
• ??? Coordinate work orders and schedules using tools like Smartsheet.

?? What You Bring:

• A high school diploma or GED (Associate's degree or vocational training is a plus!)
• 0-2 years of experience in a lab or technical setting-perfect for entry-level candidates!
• Strong communication skills, a sharp eye for detail, and a knack for problem-solving.
• Confidence with basic math and Microsoft Office tools.
