Ultimate Staffing is seeking Customer Service Representatives experienced in Legal Services.

• Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 hourly DOE
• Hours: M-F, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm - 100% In office opportunity

Legal Services Customer Service Representative will assist a client to handle a high volume of lawsuit documentation and calls. Experience with pre-settlement and post-settlement administration documents, services, business analytics and reporting are preferred. Legal background preferred. Bilingual is a plus!

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining professional relationships with customers through ongoing excellent customer service.
• Meeting or exceeding call quotas.
• Handling any customer complaints respectfully and professionally.
• Keying data into the CRM platform to keep each customer record updated.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

• Previous experience in a customer support role.
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening skills.
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
• High level of professionalism.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Strong computer skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Bilingual is Spanish is preferred but not required.
