Overview:

We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our client in Irvine, CA.

This long-term temporary role involves managing office operations, supporting leadership, and handling confidential tasks with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and distribute reports and communications.
  • Support corporate management with projects and tasks.
  • Handle confidential information discreetly.
  • Greet guests, manage calls, and coordinate vendor visits.
  • Maintain office supplies and oversee basic maintenance.
  • Complete special assignments and ensure deadlines are met.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of office or 2-4 years admin experience.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
