About the Role

We're searching for an emotionally intelligent and experienced Senior Claims Administrator to join a high-performing personal injury team in Pinellas County. This isn't your average admin role - we're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment, can shoulder the weight of catastrophic loss cases with professionalism and empathy, and takes initiative in navigating complex pre-litigation matters from intake to settlement.

This role is pivotal in handling high-dollar value cases with compassion, clarity, and confidence. You'll be the essential bridge between clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and attorneys - ensuring that every case moves efficiently toward resolution while supporting clients through some of the most emotionally difficult moments of their lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the entire pre-litigation process, from intake through demand and settlement.
  • Verify insurance coverage, including complex Medicare and third-party benefits.
  • Coordinate and audit medical records and billing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with lienholders.
  • Draft demand letters and manage communication with insurance adjusters and clients.
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients navigating trauma, injury, and recovery.
  • Collaborate daily with attorneys to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Provide insight and support on catastrophic injury and wrongful death claims.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of personal injury claims management experience in a high-volume law firm.
  • Deep understanding of automobile, motorcycle, and catastrophic injury cases.
  • Familiarity with Medicare compliance, lien resolution, and medical terminology.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, especially in client-facing scenarios.
  • A natural ability to read between the lines, anticipate needs, and offer calm in moments of chaos.
  • High emotional intelligence and grace under pressure - especially with vulnerable or grieving clients.
  • Experience drafting comprehensive demands and handling six- and seven-figure settlements preferred.

Why This Firm

  • Stellar reputation in the community with a people-first approach.
  • Collaborative, professional team that values compassion as much as competence.
  • Uncapped quarterly bonus potential based on closed cases - performance directly rewards results.
  • Opportunity to make a real impact in clients' lives every single day.
