Location: Lantana, FL

Pay Rate: $21-$23/hr

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:45 AM - 4:30 PM

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate is highly reliable, possesses strong problem-solving skills, and excels in providing outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, and chat
• Utilize strong de-escalation techniques to resolve customer concerns effectively
• Maintain accurate records and data entry using company systems
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Handle inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer service role within a consumer service company
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Proven experience in de-escalating customer concerns and problem resolution
• High level of reliability, professionalism, and communication skills
• Alarm system experience is a plus!
