Residential Property Manager
Location: Arlington, VA (On-site)
Service Area: Northern Virginia, Washington, DC, and Maryland

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Residential Property Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, the ability to work independently and collaboratively, and a commitment to long-term growth within the company. This role requires occasional weekend availability and regular travel to managed properties throughout VA, DC, and MD.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct property showings across VA, DC, and MD

  • Perform routine property inspections and document findings

  • Maintain clear communication with property owners, tenants, and vendors

  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 60 residential properties, including single-family homes, townhomes, and condominiums

  • Submit and track maintenance work orders

  • Prepare and execute lease agreements and lease renewals

  • Utilize property management software (AppFolio), Microsoft Outlook, and other systems as needed

  • Support general office operations and administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • Experience with housing voucher programs (Section 8) preferred

  • Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle required

  • Active real estate license preferred

  • Prior experience in property management, real estate sales, or a similar field

  • Familiarity with AppFolio or other property management platforms is a plus
