Residential Property Manager
Location: Arlington, VA (On-site)
Service Area: Northern Virginia, Washington, DC, and Maryland
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Residential Property Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, the ability to work independently and collaboratively, and a commitment to long-term growth within the company. This role requires occasional weekend availability and regular travel to managed properties throughout VA, DC, and MD.
Conduct property showings across VA, DC, and MD
Perform routine property inspections and document findings
Maintain clear communication with property owners, tenants, and vendors
Manage a portfolio of approximately 60 residential properties, including single-family homes, townhomes, and condominiums
Submit and track maintenance work orders
Prepare and execute lease agreements and lease renewals
Utilize property management software (AppFolio), Microsoft Outlook, and other systems as needed
Support general office operations and administrative tasks as assigned
Experience with housing voucher programs (Section 8) preferred
Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle required
Active real estate license preferred
Prior experience in property management, real estate sales, or a similar field
Familiarity with AppFolio or other property management platforms is a plus
