We're working with a respected healthcare organizationto find a Billing and Collections Specialist for a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity. What You'll Do:

  • Manage and track accounts receivable to ensure timely collections

  • Communicate with patients and insurance providers to resolve payment discrepancies

  • Investigate and appeal denied or underpaid insurance claims

  • Assist with accounts payable tasks, including invoice management, reconciliation, and QuickBooks data entry

  • Ensure compliance with Medicare, billing guidelines, and HIPAA standards

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: 2+ years in medical billing & collections required; Medicare experience is a plus

  • Tech-savvy: Comfortable using Excel and navigating billing systems

  • Character: Reliable, drama-free, loyal, and focused-with a stable work history

Location: Avondale, AZ
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (on-site only)
Pay Range: $20-$25/hr DOE
