Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a motivated National Account Executive to join their client's team in Florida. This role is ideal for a driven individual who excels in establishing and maintaining relationships with key accounts on a national level. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key national accounts.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within existing accounts.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify potential new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales and market presence.
  • Regularly update management on account status, forecasts, and market conditions.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by addressing issues and providing prompt resolutions.
  • Prepare and present reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel approximately 75% of the time.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Required Work Hours

Monday to Friday, standard first shift hours.

Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary range from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. This position also has a bonus compensation.
