What You'll Do
Serve as the first point of contact for internal teams and visitors
Organize and maintain both digital and paper filing systems
Prepare reports, memos, and other documents with accuracy and efficiency
Assist with data entry, mail handling, and appointment scheduling
Support various departments with general administrative tasks
Manage office supplies and place orders as needed
Help coordinate meetings, events, and travel logistics
What You Bring to the Table
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree a plus)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with a can-do attitude
