Position Overview:

Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Service Retention Representative to join their client's team in Rancho Bernardo, California. This role is a 6-month contract position, offering an opportunity to utilize customer service skills in a dynamic call center environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries and managing escalations to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones and emails to provide timely and effective customer service.
  • Respond to customers' inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Manage escalations by addressing customer concerns and finding appropriate solutions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to retain customers and improve customer loyalty.
  • Leverage experience in a call center environment to enhance customer interactions.

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience in a call center environment is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to handle escalations effectively.
  • Proven ability to develop customer retention strategies.

Work Hours:

Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Benefits:

This position offers a competitive pay rate of $22 per hour.

This is a 6-month contract position with a consistent pay rate of $22 per hour. The role is 100% onsite in Rancho Bernardo, California.
