Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced Senior Claims Administrator to join their client's dynamic personal injury firm in Pinellas County. This role is essential in managing the pre-litigation claims process, ensuring effective communication with insurance adjusters, and working closely with attorneys and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the verification of insurance coverage, including Medicare and other relevant programs.
  • Ensure accurate medical billing.
  • Collaborate with attorneys to facilitate claims and resolve complex issues.
  • Draft demands and maintain direct communication with clients.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in pre-litigation personal injury, including motorcycle, automobile, and catastrophic injury cases.
  • Proven experience in insurance verification, Medicare processes, medical billing, and health insurance liens.
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology and human anatomy.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on client interaction.
  • Ability to collaborate and work well with a supervising attorney.
  • 5 years of experience in the field.

Required Work Hours

Monday to Friday, full-time.

Compensation and Benefits

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

The position offers competitive compensation, with a salary range of $70,000 to $80,000 per year.
