We are seeking a reliable and tech-savvy IT Help Desk Support professional to provide first-level technical assistance to users across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of computer systems, software applications, and network troubleshooting, along with excellent customer service and communication skills.

Location: Camarillo, CA 93011

Pay: $22-$26/hour

Summary:

Provide first-level IT support, assisting users with computer, software, and network issues.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to and resolve Level 1 support tickets
• Install, upgrade, and support hardware/software
• Troubleshoot basic IT issues, including LAN and printer problems
• Document procedures and solutions
• Perform other support duties as needed

Qualifications:

• 2+ years in IT Help Desk or equivalent training
• Proficient in Windows 10, MS Office, and basic LAN troubleshooting
• Familiar with network hardware and printer support
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Reliable, organized, and adaptable
