Job Summary:
The Call Center Representative is responsible for handling inbound and/or outbound customer calls in a professional, efficient, and courteous manner. This role involves providing information, resolving issues, processing orders, and offering support to ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, conduct surveys, or provide information as needed
  • Resolve customer issues, complaints, or concerns with patience and efficiency
  • Document all interactions and customer information accurately in the system
  • Provide product or service information, assist with troubleshooting, and guide customers through solutions
  • Follow call center scripts and protocols when handling different topics
  • Escalate complex issues to supervisors or appropriate departments when necessary
  • Meet individual and team performance goals, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and quality standards
  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor's degree a plus)
  • Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer and typing skills; experience with CRM software is a plus
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle difficult situations professionally
  • Excellent listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays if required
