Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our client's team in Frederick, MD. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations by handling a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. This position requires strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This is a TEMP-TO-HIRE role and is fully in office. It is full-time and will pay $18-22 per hour, dependent on experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments
  • Perform data entry and maintain databases
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of administrative or office support experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
