Account Manager - Direct Hire

This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity offering a highly competitive base salary, uncapped commissions, and exceptional benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to build and maintain client relationships
• Prospect new B2B leads and follow up on referrals to grow client base
• Conduct client meetings, deliver impactful presentations, and close deals
• Negotiate pricing and contracts to ensure client satisfaction and business profitability
• Attend industry trade shows and events (up to 25% travel required)
• Analyze client usage data to identify trends, upsell opportunities, and retention strategies
• Utilize CRM tools to manage pipeline, forecast sales, and document communications

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree
• Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or account management
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Willingness to travel as needed

Preferred:

• Experience in micro-ingredients or related B2B industries
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Experience using ZoomInfo or similar sales tools
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills

Compensation

Base Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Commission: Uncapped earning potential
