A leading designer and manufacturer is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join its dynamic and growing team!

What You'll Do:

Lead and Inspire:

  • Provide strategic direction and day-to-day leadership to the sales team.

  • Develop and implement innovative sales strategies aligned with company goals.

  • Mentor and coach team members to exceed performance targets and grow professionally.

  • Recruit and hire top-tier sales talent.

Drive Growth:

  • Identify and activate new sales channels and strategic partnerships.

  • Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and uncover new opportunities.

  • Present compelling solutions to architects, designers, and key decision-makers.

  • Build and sustain long-term customer relationships that foster loyalty and repeat business.

Collaborate and Represent:

  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing and Operations to ensure alignment across teams.

  • Share sales performance metrics and insights with senior leadership.

  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events to expand visibility and generate leads.


What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

  • 10+ years of experience in a sales leadership role within the design, construction, or architectural products sector.

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and business development goals.

  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building capabilities.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a client-focused mindset.

  • Deep understanding of sustainable building materials and the architectural/design landscape.

  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools.
